Missouri

• Health Requirements for Movement of Livestock, Poultry, Miscellaneous, and Exotic Animals

Two new proposed regulations from the Missouri Department of Agriculture. Both contain language that would exempt AZA (although such an exemption is already present in existing regulations).

Tennessee

• Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency Rulemaking

Proposed changes to regulations regarding captive wildlife licenses. Would designate Macaques as a Class I species, among other things. Class I species may only be possessed by zoos, circuses and commercial propagators with a Class I license from TWRA. Public hearing on June 23, 2023 and written comments due by June 22, 2023.
